Events

The museum was only opened for about a week each year (normally in May), and then by appointment only – for groups of up to 30 people.

All donations went to the chosen charity for that year, in 2016 it was the Wales Air Ambulance (£1,265 was donated), and again in 2022 (£670 donated)

In 2017 and 2018 donations went towards the upkeep of the Community hall in Llangwm, when over £1,000 was donated each year.

In 2019, the chosen charity was the Paul Sartori Foundation ‘Hospice in the Home’ where over £1,500 was donated.

In 2023, the charity is Prostate Cymru, when over £1,300 was donated

Finally, with old age winning Pat and Jeff have now closed the museum, although wish to thank all those who helped, donated items and came to enjoy seeing the old items – all of which have now been donated to other local museums and societies.
